This just in: I am capable of being successful. I am stronger than i think. (not on my own of course) God makes his strength available to me whenever i ask. i cannot be afraid of asking for help. it does not matter how that may make me appear to others, because i know it takes strength and pridelessness for me to even ask in the first place.

Surely God is my salvation;
I will trust and not be afraid.

well unfortunately i could find the passage i was looking for to help you. But i know that there is a passage that talks about how even Jesus told his disciples that they were going to go rest for a while.

Even Jesus got tired and needed to take a break. especially as humans we should take breaks here and there, or else we'll get burnt out. So its important to plan for some down time and rest every once in a while. at least thats what i think. I'm not sure for 100% if its biblically accurate, but im fairly sure it is.
